Shipping policy

in-stock items (like wall prints): dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order.
pre-order pieces: made after you order and dispatched once ready. the estimated production time is shown on each product page.
if your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, we ship everything together when the pre-order pieces are ready, unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first.
if production runs late, we'll email you with a new date. if a pre-order is delayed more than 2 weeks past the estimate, you can cancel for a full refund.

orders are dispatched and delivered within 1–2 weeks. remote areas can take longer.
business days are monday to saturday, excluding public holidays.

when your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link from our courier partner.

please give a correct address, pin code and phone number. our courier partner may call before delivering.
if delivery fails (no one available, wrong address, unreachable phone, or refused), the courier usually tries again before returning the parcel to us.
if it comes back to us, we'll contact you. we'll reship it once for free, or if you'd rather, refund you the full amount with no deductions.
we can't change the address after dispatch. message us before then if it needs fixing.

if tracking shows no movement for 7 days, we treat the parcel as lost. contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
