who we are
this store is run by Doors to Other Dimensions, a sole proprietorship based at Uniworld City, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India – 700156. by using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
the store
- the store runs on Shopify. payments are processed by Razorpay. we never see or store your full card or UPI details.
- you must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.
- we can update these terms. the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
pricing
- all prices are in indian rupees (₹) and the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
- we're not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our orders.
- shipping within India is free.
- if a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we can cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's placed.
pre-orders
- pre-order pieces are paid in full, in advance.
- they're made after you order and ship once ready. the estimated production time is shown on each product page. it's an estimate, not a guarantee, and we'll email you if it changes.
- you can cancel for free, with a full refund, until production starts. if a pre-order is delayed more than 2 weeks past the estimate, you can also cancel for a full refund.
- made-to-order garments can differ slightly from product images in colour, print placement or finish. these aren't defects.
limited editions
- drops are made in limited quantities and won't be restocked.
- wall prints are numbered limited editions. the edition size is shown on each product page.
- we may limit how many of an item one customer can buy.
- something being on the site doesn't guarantee stock. if an item sells out after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
our artwork and designs
- all designs, artwork, graphics, photos and text on this site and on our products are original work owned by Doors to Other Dimensions.
- buying a product or print gives you the physical item. it doesn't give you any right to copy, reproduce, resell copies of, or commercially use the designs.
- please don't use our artwork, name or content without written permission. sharing photos of your own piece on social is always welcome.
orders
- we can decline or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, an undeliverable address or a pricing error. if we cancel, you get a full refund.
- an order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
liability
- we're responsible for getting you the product you paid for, as described. our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, to the extent the law allows.
- nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other indian law.
governing law
- these terms are governed by the laws of India.
- any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
